Our Story

Greg started out as one of the pioneers in Personal Training back in the 80's in New York City.

ā€‹

Since then he has had his business in Los Angeles, California and now in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

ā€‹

He was one of the first Personal Trainers in Ridgefield and is located at 383 Main Street  upstairs. where his One-On-One training sessions are held, unless the client prefers working out in their own home gym.
