With the ARS™ stretch method you will learn how to stretch properly, thus significantly improve your stretching distance, with a contract-relax method for results that are painless, and increases your range of motion from 20-50%, giving you an optimum stretch.

Tense shoulders, neck tightness, inflamed hamstrings, we customize each individualized treatment. ARS™ One-on-One stretching is about distinguishing tightness and imbalances in your body and tailoring a stretch routine that is just for you. Our clients may come in with discomfort, tightness or specific focus areas, but commit to their flexibility journey once they experience having a wider range of motion and flexibility. Reclaiming your body. The ability to move as you want, to be active and engaged in the life you see yourself having.

(ARS™) AXIS RELEASE STRETCHING®

(ARS™) AXIS RELEASE STRETCHING® is the method that we use in our One-on --One stretching. Greg will put you in position and ask you to contract certain muscles and hold the contraction for a few moments. The ARS™ advanced form of stretching is very beneficial in increasing range of motion and getting maximum benefits during your stretch session.

Performing an ARS™ stretch allows the target muscles to lengthen without triggering antagonistic muscle contraction as the isolated muscle achieves a state of relaxation. These stretches provide maximum benefit and can be accomplished without opposing tension or resulting trauma.

With ARS™ the body is able to repair itself and to prepare for daily activity. This method of stretching is also known to work with the body's natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia.

(ARS™) AXIS RELEASE STRETCHING® Training Program (ARSTP)

Our proprietary (ARS™) AXIS RELEASE STRETCHING® Training Program is an intensive and thorough series that is offered in our training program during the hands-on training, you will learn the muscular system and a variety of assisted stretches and exactly on how to work with a variety of clients from professional athletes, seniors to pre and post-natal, those recovering from an injury and clients of all ages and body types.

(ARS™) AXIS RELEASE STRETCHING® One-on-One Stretch
